Free delivery for orders over BGN 200 within Bulgaria

Delivery prices to an office or address are determined according to the location, weight, and volume of the order.

All deliveries from www.hva.bg are made through the courier services of "SPEDI GROUP" AD.

www.hva.bg only delivers within Bulgaria. If the customer wishes to order goods to another country, they must arrange the delivery of the goods themselves and bear all delivery costs.

Havayahavana reserves the right to change the delivery terms during promotional periods and sales without being obliged to notify customers in advance.

www.hva.bg is not responsible for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal data, including when they have provided an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or telephone number.
In exceptional circumstances, Havayavahana reserves the right to extend the delivery period, informing the Consumer in a timely manner.

Orders placed after 3 p.m. and on holidays or weekends are processed on the first business day.

When paying by card, the order is fulfilled and shipped after the funds are received in the account specified by www.hva.bg. Bank transfers usually take between 1 and 3 business days.

The delivery time for goods is within 2-5 days within the country (depending on official holidays).

The User is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery and to notify immediately of any discrepancies, missing items, or damage. If the User fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed accepted without objection.

Havayahavana reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their terms and conditions at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the website without further notice.

Payment

Art. 8. When the User returns goods with the right to a refund of the amount paid for a specific reason, the price subject to refund shall be reduced by the value of the discount applied to the goods, and only the amount actually paid shall be refunded.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Payment upon delivery

Upon delivery of the goods, you pay the value of your order to the courier. The customer has the right to inspect the shipment if they have requested this in advance.

Cash on delivery payment is made by postal money order. In this case, no cash receipt is issued. The legal basis for this is Regulation No. H-18 of 2006, Article 3 on "Registration and reporting of sales made." According to the text of the regulation, no fiscal cash receipt is issued when payment is made by postal money order. This service must be performed by a licensed postal operator, such as Econt, Speedy, Bulgarian Post, etc.
The customer keeps the fiscal document, which replaces the cash register receipt as proof of payment.
